EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT $55K to $60K
A leading Real Estate company in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Executive Administrative Assistant. The position will provide support to the company’s top executives. The right individual will have a working knowledge of company’s policies and procedures with minimal supervision. Will also be expected to coordinate and maintain the calendar, make travel arrangements and other office activities. Responsibilities are to answer telephones for the managers, principles or directors, make travel arrangements, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, proofread, distribute and open incoming mail, prepare reports, proposals and other materials as needed, help maintain office inventory, faxing, photocopying, word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentation and additional clerical duties . A minimum of three to four years experience in administrative support, proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), 55 to 60 wpm, a professional go getter who is a team player.
