Candidate must have extensive experience designing, developing, and
troubleshooting gas turbine engines core components including axial and
radial turbines, centrifugal compressors, vaned diffusers, and axial and
radial nozzles. You will provide technical guidance, leadership, and problem
solving capability for all areas of Aerodynamic and Thermodynamics design
within the core engine.

You will mentor junior engineers and take personal responsibility for the
execution and constant improvement of Standard Work. Candidate will guide or
perform root cause analysis of failures, implement corrective action, and
ensure lessons learned are properly incorporated. Lead conceptual design of
gas path and core engine aerodynamic configuration. Candidate will lead
continual development of CFD, FEA and other design tools. Participate in
development of new program proposals both technical and budget/schedule
estimates.

Experience with cooled nozzles, blades, and Monorotor for a gas turbine
engine a plus

MS or PhD in appropriate engineering discipline.
